Care Ministries 1 John 3:18 says, "Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." StoneBridge strives to be a family of 1 John 3:18 people. Often that loving care is shared one-on-one. Other times it is shared through groups like Bible Studies, the Softball Team, or Enrichment Groups. But there are special needs that require a bit more organization, staff assistance or expertise. Our Care Ministries exist for those situations. To contact the church for care in one of these areas, or if you would like more information on any of these care ministries, please contact Clay Dewees at (281) 363-9292. |

Cancer Care Unfortunately, it has become commonplace for someone in our church family to be diagnosed with cancer. The complexities of cancer and its various treatments require a focused ministry of support. Our Cancer Care ministry is comprised of two components:
- Members of StoneBridge who are cancer survivors and who want to provide support and encouragement to those diagnosed with cancer and their families.
- CanCare - a nationwide cancer support network that pairs a cancer patient with a cancer survivor who has had the same type of cancer.

Hospital Care StoneBridge wants to ensure that the unique needs that sometimes arise when a person is hospitalized are addressed. Each hospital visit is intended to identify the nature of the diagnosis so that prayer support can be as specific as possible and to identify any special needs of the patient and family. |

Meal Ministry There are times an individual or family isn't connected to a group within StoneBridge that can support them when they experience a serious illness, injury or other tragedy and need meals prepared for a period of time. The StoneBridge Meal Ministry is here to help.
Please note that our Prayer and Counseling Ministries are closely integrated with the other Care Ministries identified above. All three areas work together to love you "with actions and in truth." |
